It's being caused by shorts getting stopped out. Then what starts to happen is a lot of traders fomo in at the top, they start to buy up here. Now, why is this a problem? Well, because if you are a big player in the market, if you have a lot of money, if you want to short Bitcoin, you need a lot of people buying Bitcoin. If I'm trying to sell something in large quantity, I need a large quantity of people to be buying that thing. This is how market makers basically take advantage of retail traders. When the price is up here and everyone starts to fomo buy because we're breaking out, this is when the big players open up massive shorts. And if we extrapolate into the future of what market cipher B would look like, as we come up here, we will actually have a third drive of bearish divergence.
