You do not need to quit your job to trade especially while you're learning. Having that job covering your monthly nut, covering your expenses is actually going to probably make you a better trader early on or at least allow you to go through the learning process properly because you know your survival is covered by your job. And you can actually focus on the process of learning to trade. Remember what we talked about right? Early on success is not the P&L number, it's learning. It's making progress in your system that's compounding over time. And if your expenses are covered by your job that's going to make that a whole lot easier. So don't think of your job as like a detriment to your ability to trade.
