Range only resets with clear displacement; otherwise hold old range until expansion occurs.

And this move was simply an SFP, a sweep, a deviation and the key goes back to scenario one, it's that word displacement. If a new range is going to form, you're going to see clear and obvious displacement above or below the old range higher range low. If we don't get that, the range that you've been using still remains the range of interest. We want to see displacement above that high or below that low before we consider this range retired and we're ready to move on to a new one. So really there's only one instance where a range resets and that's when you get expansion beyond the range. If the other scenario occurs scenario two, it's a sweep an SFP or a deviation, we're actually going to hold on and keep using this old range.
