What happens in this moment

Is there anything you do now that you think, you know, 10 years ago, you might have been like, you know, that's boring. That seems like a waste of time. Like, has your process changed? Like, are you, for example, for me, I don't really day trade anymore. I primarily swing trade. I used to love being in the market every single day, you know, low timeframe, quick feedback from the market, you're right or you're wrong, lots of reps, lots of at bats. Now I just, I don't care as much, not that because I don't like trading, but I don't have that need for that constant dopamine, that constant market feedback. I'm much more interested in catching, you know, swings, et cetera.
