You're at almost 5K off of a $20 account. The draw down is rigged. Rigged implies that the rules aren't what they say they are. Just because you're not good enough to trade within the rules that are provided. It doesn't mean it's rigged. Just means that you either aren't very good at trading or you're not very good at reading or possibly both. Rigged implies that there's something unfair occurring here.
