Belt squat machine affordable, requires workout planning, space-saving home gym solution

Yeah. This thing is cheap guys. I'm telling you this thing is cheap. The machine's not that user friendly. Well, here's the thing. Obviously, if you're going to set up like, if you're going to take mad time, that's going to take mad time. So the way you have to do it is you have to plan your workout. You have to plan it in the right order. But if you're in the market for a home gym, you want to save space and money. I mean, this thing to me is a no-brainer. And besides, maybe that longer rest period in between will help you hit a new PR. You know what I mean?
