What happens in this moment

We're actually going to discuss some of that in a moment here. So map out your highs and lows. Equal highs and lows on all of these time frames. And then obviously you're going to do your dealing ranges on all of these. And that's going to be very important for later in the video as well. But nothing is new here other than me just showing you the data that backs up some of the stuff I've been telling you, but you're going to want to mark out your weekly, you know, your monthly and your daily dealing ranges. So you know where we are relative to the premium and discount as well as where we are relative to these highs and lows. One thing that you can do is mark them as like spent or unspent. So if we have, you know, a weekly low here and then a weekly high here, maybe you mark this one is red and this one is green, red being like, okay, this one got tagged, maybe we're going to eventually draw to the green one, whatever helps you, you know, kind of organize it in your mind. A quick refresher on dealing ranges, if you don't remember, but you're going to take your significant low, significant high, right? Let's assume this is the weekly chart.
