Would you elaborate on your thought process around journaling your trades as someone who never journals? I think this is a great question. So the reason you want to journal your trades, especially when you're learning specifically when you're learning, is because if you are not tracking your data and journaling both the qualitative and quantitative information, how do you expect to know if you're improving looking at your P and L going up? Yeah, sure. That might be like, okay, well, obviously, I know what I'm doing. I'm making money, but what happens if you have a big pullback in your P and L? Do you know why? Did you do something differently than before? You don't remember, right? Like your memory is not that good to remember every trade you took and what you might have been doing two months ago when you were making money versus now you can't seem to, you know, hit any trades. So the purpose of journaling is so as you're figuring out your process, you are marking down as many of the different variables, again, both quantitative, so numbers and stats and qualitative feelings, emotions, you know, things that you cannot break down to a number.
