Clarity bill failure concerning; Democrats might use crypto to prosecute Trump associates.

Because they're going to say, oh, well, Trump did all this shady shit with World Liberty Fi and Trump's meme coin and Melania and whatever else he did. And they're going to say, okay, well, we can use this as a way to prosecute, go after people around, associated, maybe even after Trump himself and blame it all on crypto being this avenue that allowed him to extract money from the American tax, you know, the American people. That would be my biggest concern. So yeah, I don't think it's great that clarity didn't pass. You know, I have some concerns, but regardless, you know, we're going to need KYC anyways. I think America and crypto, you know, meeting, it's inevitable when you have companies like Kraken and Coinbase and Robin Hood, you know, hyper liquid, all wanting to work and operate and be in America and offer crypto to Americans.
