Responds to artist-trader: 200K not enough for full financial freedom at 26.

first of all, um there's no world in my opinion for the average person where they're trading so much that they can't, you know, do some sort of side gig, art, etc. So, this you you've said a lot here. Number one, you're 26, you're very young. $200,000 in buying a house is not enough money to be able to just sit back and relax and focus on your art. Like if you want to be drawing full-time, you need to have enough money where you can live, right? Is your food a like I don't know where you live, but can you afford your home, mortgage payments, food, expenses, all that other stuff, that car? You've done some things right here.
