A title written for people already watching is invisible to everyone who arrives later, which is most of the audience a VOD will ever have.
Name the subject in the words someone would type. A date, an emoji, and the word LIVE describe nothing that anybody looks for.
Titles get truncated everywhere. What makes this stream different belongs in the first few words, not after a channel name and a string of tags.
Four words maximum, high contrast, one focal point. Check it shrunk down on a phone before you upload it.
Retitling a stream that covered something people still search for is the cheapest traffic available, and nothing about the video has to change.
