New York Kill Zone (7am-10am EST) typically drives daily distribution and directional moves after economic data release.

Again, Eastern Standard Time, this is roughly 7 a.m. Two, 10 a.m. New York traders are showing up at their desks before the market opens. Economic data is getting released. They're digesting this. And oftentimes the actual move for the day, the distribution happens during New York. Now, it's not always this way. Nothing in trading or life is 100% of the time other than like death and taxes. But sometimes manipulation will occur during New York. Sometimes distribution will occur during London. Nothing is like a hard and fast rule. You don't need to be dogmatic about it, but more often than not. Just like you'll see the high and the low, sometimes print during the London Kill Zone. That Judas swing for the daily AMD.
