Use kill zones as a checklist filter to qualify trades and improve entry quality.

It was in our checklist episode of things to not take a trade from. It was one of those checklist points. Well, now you know what it is, right? If you see a setup at 3 a.m. on a Saturday versus a setup at 9 a.m. On a Monday, those setups are not necessarily the same caliber. They could both work. They could both fail. But you can add this filter to, again, just get really granular with the trades you want to take. So add it as a filter. It's an additional piece of context. Again, I'm big on the checklist. If you're going through that checklist of things that you should have by now, do I know the high time frame bias? Do I know where liquidity is? Have I marked out my order blocks? Do I have premium or discount pricing? Am I near the OTE? Add time and price as one of those filters, especially if you're day trading.
