Discusses dump loading concern, cabbage digestion, and averaging 25-35k steps daily.

All right. Um, makes me feel like there's a dump loading. Cabbage has negative effects for some people. Yeah, I cannot eat cabbage at all unless it's fermented in which case I do eat lots of fermented cabbage. I'm walking right now. Is that for 10k steps a day? I average right now I'm getting between 25 and 35,000 steps a day. So I I I'm I'm I'm extreme. But you have to think if I'm doing I'm doing multiple live streams a day sometimes and in between that I'm usually playing with my kids and doing work around the homestead. And my property is so big. It's so easy for me to go out just to do simple chores, just to take care of the chickens and maybe like um like put the garbage out and I'm getting like 5,000. I'm not even kidding.
