Success requires work-life balance; early obsessive trading was unhealthy but paid off personally.

So, um I think as you become successful and get good at it, it's important to try and delineate and create a work-life balance so you can still enjoy life and still enjoy things. But early on, all I wanted to do was trade and try and make money and that lasted a very long time. Um and it was very unhealthy. But for me, it paid off. It doesn't pay off for everyone. Would it have been better to have probably more structure and rigidity? I think so. I think a lot of people get caught up in this grindset culture. I got to be working all the time nonstop 24/7. That's not really true.
