Self-custody risks breaches; exchanges risk collapse like FTX. Both have serious downsides for crypto.

Um but yeah, it sucks and it's very dangerous and it's really bad form from Trezor. It's [ __ ] brutal. Ledger has done this. Coinbase has done this. It's really frustrating. I talked about this in the last stream. You know, self-custody is not necessarily for everyone. Uh and unfortunately, when you do self-custody, stuff like this can happen. You don't do self-custody, FTX can happen. So, it is really frustrating, but there's going to be rampant scam attempts and things like that because of this uh and it's [ __ ] brutal. Um so, you know, if you were part of these 11,000 people, do what you can to protect yourself and uh learn from it. Next time, fake phone number. Don't ship stuff to your house. Um get a ship to a business. Use a different name. And uh and just be careful. Be smart. But, you know, there's there's sites not that I'm going to just shout out Kraken because they bought my company, but I trust Kraken more than I trust the average person to manage their own money. You know what I mean?
