I think the math here really needs to make sense, and I definitely think that you should already be profitable before you consider going full-time. Um I tried. I did this. I made a little bit of money trading. I'm like, "Oh my god, I'm the goat." I quit my job. Started trading full-time. Immediately, I realized I'm actually not that good at trading. I had to withdraw money from my trading account to pay to live. To the point where I started taking trades that weren't even good trades, but I needed money, which made me lose even more. I literally moved back into my parents' basement and reapplied for my job back.
