So what I'd rather do instead of eat food that doesn't fill me up is I'd rather eat a thousand grams of potatoes All right 800 calories And when you're done eating a thousand grams of boiled potatoes first of all they taste amazing you could put pasta sauce on the boiled potatoes Boil potatoes mashed up with ground beef some pasta sauce Amazing amazing Amazing that will fill you up. That will fill you up and you'll feel satisfied And you ate way less carbs So yeah, I don't eat pasta for that reason
