Phase two requires repetitions applying systems correctly; knowing versus applying systems are different skills needing practice.

So if you're applying your system but you're losing money, that's okay. Now it's your job because you're tracking it to go and see if there's things that you can tweak and change to improve that because knowing the system and applying the system are two different things and to apply the system correctly and successfully, it just takes reps and that's really what you're going to be focused on here in phase two. You're going to be taking those reps, you're going to be losing money, you're going to be pulling your hair out but as long as you're progressing, you're learning, you're moving forward, you're on the right track. So where do most people fail on P2? First and foremost, they're over trading. By now, you know what a good trade looks like. You might even know what an A plus versus a B plus trade looks like but you're taking all the trades that you see because you hate sitting on your hands, you're taking things that maybe don't take all the boxes because you want to be in the market.
