Phase two is tuition phase where most traders fall off; involves paying losses to market education while building systems.

So I call it the tuition phase because that's exactly what you're going to be doing. You're going to be paying tuition in the market, taking losses, getting frustrated, making mistakes and the market, in turn, is going to educate you. You are going to have months where you feel like you're making quantum leaps forward. You're going to have months where you feel like you're going backwards but during phase two, you're going to have a good understanding of a trading system that you have put together. Maybe it's from these videos, maybe it's from other videos that you've watched but you understand the basics now. Risk management, market structure, liquidity, you have an entry technique and you're going to be applying this system to the market and you're going to be making tons of mistakes and you're going to get frustrated. You're going to get annoyed but what you're going to be doing is you're going to be measuring everything, journaling, everything that you do, good and bad.
