Phase one traders don't measure or journal trades, unable to track win rate, expectancy, or identify mistakes.

The market always eventually teaches you a lesson. So you get confident, you're buying every dip, it keeps working, the trend changes, you just sized up on the most recent dip and then wham, you get smacked in the mouth, lottery brain just blew up your account. Lastly, no measurement. So there's no journal, no records, not writing anything down. You don't even know what you're doing right when you make money or what you're doing wrong when you lose money. Phase one traders aren't measuring anything, but you can't expect to improve on something if you're not measuring it, tracking it. If you were to ask a phase one trader what their win rate is, their expectancy, their average R, they would have no idea.
