Discusses barefoot shoes, shin splints from 9k race; mentions CPI data catalyst at 8:30.

I've anti-desire for it. I just went to my sister's wedding with a with a with a tub of Greek yogurt and blueberries Instead of cake. I'm telling you man. I have zero desire At all I get zero enjoyment out of that garbage My thoughts on barefoot shoes. Well one time I ran a 9k race in barefoot toe shoes. Oh Barefoot shoes talking about toe shoes. There's the ones to the grounding shoes Grounding shoes. I own them. They're very slippery be careful. I Don't know some people say they're good not I don't know If you have to wear shoes 24-7 It's probably a good idea to have them, but they're slippery. I'm most busted my you know what my uneven butt cheek so many times Slipping on like a carpet like wood floors even in the grass I've slipped so many times in barefoot shoes But if you're talking about the shoes that you put and they have toes I Did run a 9k race once in those and afterwards I had the worst shin splints ever of course I had zero training for that race Hadn't run in years and I decided to do a 9k but That's my thoughts CPI tomorrow at 8 30. Yeah, so we have a big catalyst tomorrow at 8 30 I Which is the CPI data let's go to the forex factory
