Really, the question you should really be asking is not weight or reps. It's [music] does the muscle get a good workout? Just oldfashioned bro science. Remember in the '9s when everyone who lifted weights was jacked and they didn't think about all this crap about how much how many sets do you do and how many reps do you do? They just went to the gym and they're like, "Yeah, I feel it in my chest. Yeah, I'm going to do some of that, baby. I feel it in my chest. Yeah, I feel it in my back." You know, that's what you got to do. You got to work that muscle until the muscle's tired. It can't work anymore. Then and then you eat a whole bunch of food and sleep. And then next time you do the same thing, you keep doing that. Eventually, you're going to get bigger and stronger. You know what I'm saying? People like out there with their dang calculators doing long division in the gym. Well, let's see if I do 20 sets a week with with five RI with R and RP.
