Discusses steroid use: only justified for professional bodybuilders or strength athletes young.

You never drank coffee. I started drinking ceremonial cacao in the morning. Interesting. Do I know anyone who takes steroids? I honestly don't know anyone personally in my life who takes steroids. I don't know. I do not know. But what I hear is that everyone has different side effects. And also, I can't think of a single good reason to take steroids. I cannot think of a single good reason to take steroids. I I I can't think of a single the only good reason I could possibly imagine is if you're a young guy and you are a genetic elite with amazing muscle insertions and bone structure for aesthetics and you have a legitimate opportunity to become like a professional bodybuilder or if you're like have insane strength and you have the legitimate opportunity to become like the world's strongest man [music] or like a a powerlifter on a high level is the only reason I could possibly imagine [music] unless you have the goal, the realistic goal to do something like that. And you got to be young. All right? I know people say you shouldn't take steroids young, but the truth is if you're going to pursue that, you got to be young. There is no reason to take it.
