But the thing is when you're in a band, you don't really have food around. You have no fridge, you know? So, you just kind of sit there in the van or the bus or whatever. But when I would come home from tour for like 2, three, four weeks at a time, I would get noticeably fatter because, you know, all of a sudden you got all this food around. But, um, yeah, that did nothing but help me get in shape. All right. And I'll tell you, there's there's even even more than just the eating aspect of it. There is for me for me, I'm not saying for everybody. I I literally I know ptheads who are very successful. I know them. They they they smoke every day and they're totally functional and fine at a high level. At a high level. All right. But for me, like I said, it it made everything more difficult. And I would try and willpower my way through because I refuse to be a burnout stoner. I'm sorry. I refuse to be a pthead. A burnout pthead. I want to be a more sophisticated stoner. You know what I'm saying? A more cultured stoner.
