Bitcoin buys at lows feel risky but aren't; extended uptrends feel safe but may be riskiest times.

But then if Bitcoin has been going up for a year, you almost feel like, wow, this is so safe. Like, of course, the dip is going to get bid up. It's been bid up for a year. But inherently, that might be the time when it's the most risky. So that was always a good lesson. And it was my first really big eye opening trade where I didn't depend on what other people were saying and that's what stuck out to me the most. It might not be the one where I made the most absolute number of money, but it was definitely something that built my confidence as a trader and kind of put me on the path of being okay with having a differing opinion from people that I respected.
