After rejecting corporate life, speaker stumbled onto crypto; interviewer had similar business degree disillusionment.

And then so I looked into different things and that's how I stumbled onto crypto. You know, it's funny. We have a kind of, you know, similar path and that like I went and got a business degree. I was doing accounting. I got tricked by a really good teacher who made it sound super cool. And he's like, you're going to go into these companies and you're going to like help them become more efficient and make more money. I'm like, this is sweet. And then I got my internship with like a big accounting firm and it's like here's like a hundred tax returns. Like get these on my desk by the end of the day. I'm like, well, what the hell is this? It's like data entry. And my first year salary out of university at this accounting firm was $33,000 Canadian for a year. Of war.
