Multiple $30-50K angel investments in gaming projects failed when developers disappeared and no product released.

It does not matter how hard your developer is working, how often he's online, how promising it sounds. It just does not matter. And I remember I lost all 70,000 every single cent. Like to this day, well, the coin just out of commission, like it's just zero. So I've lost it. every single cent from it. And then I went a different route where I invested into different projects, right? There's like gaming projects, et cetera, and I'd get into these angel rounds, and I'd invest, oh, here's 40k here, 50k here, 30k here. And it doesn't sound like much, but when you do that to like 10 different projects and they all fail, none of them actually release a product.
