Best traders execute in comfortable environments by taking trades only when specific conditions A, B, C align.

That, for me, has always been the driving factor to my trading. And I've told people so many times where the best traders are very comfortable, not because what they're doing is inherently comfortable, but because they found a way to execute on a comfortable environment as in, they only take trades when A, B, and C are present. And then they don't take trades if A and B, C aren't present. And it's as simple as that. And it sounds so easy. And so it's easy to be a trading guru where you're telling people, hey, when you see A and then you look for B and it's there, and then you look for C and it's there, you take that trade. But what actually gets in the way is that people haven't done those free throws. They haven't put up the shots in the gym, so they don't know how to execute. They don't know how to handle the emotions when they're sizing up too much or the swings in their P and L because they sized up too much or they don't understand liquidity or slippage or so forth.
