High achievers can't unplug; no end state exists, goalposts constantly move, blessing and curse.

Everyone who operates at the highest level is obsessed. And one way or another, you look at professional athletes, you look at people who are the best in their field. And it's like, no matter what, they stay around the game. They retire from the NBA, they're announcing games, they become a coach. You can't get away. There's no actual end state is something that I learned. Even when I sold my company, for a while there, I'm like, okay, maybe this is the mountaintop. And it's like, there isn't one. It's a constant game where the goalposts just move, the goals change. But if you're wired like we are, there is no off. And that's a bit of a blessing because you could work hard and you could achieve some amazing things, but it's a bit of a curse as well. Because, you know, there's definitely times where I'm on vacation with my wife. And I'm like, man, I wish I like didn't care what crypto is doing right now. But I do what I mean. And if it's doing something and I'm not at my desk, it bothers me, regardless, like it's it's impossible to completely unplug. Anyways, dude, this has been so fun. I think there's been some great lessons in here for everyone. So anyone who wants to follow Loma, you can go get my follow over on Twitter. He posts, not as much as he used to. But now that the market's heating up, I think that might start picking up again, anything you want to leave the viewers with.
