What happens in this moment

Hopefully this video will help you with some tips and tricks. Let's get into it. Let's start by discussing the why. So I've got a few different points here, and none of them are you just need to be more disciplined. They're actually a lot more common than you think. So the first one is doing nothing or sitting around, right? Feels like you're not doing any work. Feels like you're being unproductive, right? Most things in your life, you can kind of say, okay, the more that I do, more work I do, the more results I'm gonna get. The more often I go to the gym, the quicker I'm going to build muscle, the more I work at my job, the more I'm potentially gonna get paid, the more phone calls I make when I'm doing sales, more potential customers are gonna come and want to work with me or buy whatever I'm selling.
