Trading differs from life: more trades don't mean more profits. Quality over quantity matters.

So your entire life has been built around this idea of if you do more work, you get more results. Trading is one of the things where that is completely backwards. Taking more trades does not necessarily mean you're going to make more money. More screen time does not mean you're necessarily going to find more good trades, good being the operative word. At this point, you should know what your system is, what your edge is. And if you're trading like me relatively higher timeframe, that might only be a couple trades a month. So that means there's a lot of time where you're doing nothing, but doing nothing is okay. Sometimes the best trade is no trade at all.
