What happens in this moment

Early on your focus should be to nail your process. When or lose did you follow your trading plan? If you do that over a long enough period of time, follow your trading plan, follow your trading plan and your system of course works, the P&L is a outcome, it's the product of following that process, right? But if you focus too much on, okay, my up or down for the day, for the week, for the month, you're going to end up taking bad trades just thinking, hey, you know, this number is all I care about and if it's not where I want it to be, I don't care if the setup sucks, I'm going to take it anyways, it's going to cause you to over trade. Last I have one that I call exposure. Really what it is, it's just screen time.
