Following your plan is a good day regardless of profit or loss outcome.

The days that I lost money, some of them I was executing my trade plan. That's a totally okay day. Sometimes you just are wrong. But there's also big losses maybe that you took where you weren't trusting your plan. And there might be some wins that you had where you weren't trusting your plan. And these become a lot easier to tweak and refine and modify if you're tracking them. Remember, the process is the focus initially. The P&L will be the result of repeating this process over and over and over again. So a good day is following and executing your plan. Win or lose. Do that for a long enough time. Do that consistently. The P&L is a byproduct of that. And five, I have redefined the job.
