What happens in this moment Too much screen time is often, in my opinion, going to lead you to over trading because you're going to start seeing things that look like setups, you're almost hallucinating and you're going to end up taking some bad trades and most likely too many trades. So you might say, Maine, well, I don't have to worry about any of this stuff, I have rules. We work together on a checklist of things, I'm only going to take the A plus setups. Those rules are great, but they only work right up until you usually need them because at the end of the day, they're mental, they're not hard-coded whatsoever and it's very easy to ignore one or all of them when you're emotional, right? Maybe you're bored, you didn't find a trade all day, all of a sudden, maybe I'm just going to take this not quite A plus setup, but it kind of looks like an A plus setup.
