Define a trading window based on your strategy type and stop trading outside that window.

This goes back to, you know, kind of 0.4 from the first section, where it's exposure, too much screen time. No longer just have a trading day where it's like, okay, 8 a.m. I'm on the charts and it's like an 8 to 4, 9 to 5. I'm on the charts till 5 p.m. Now, if your setup occurs between 8 and 11, okay? Maybe you get on the charts a little bit early to prepare yourself. But by 11, you should be finished up. And if no trade appeared for the day, what are you doing still looking around at 2 p.m? Your trade was supposed to show up between 8 and 11. It didn't wait for the next day. So create a trading window, not a trading day. And that window is going to be based on the type of trading that you're doing. Maybe you're trading the weekly closes, monthly closes, daily closes, certain kill zones.
